Price Match Policy

Route119.com is committed to providing the best quality vehicles, goods and services at the most affordable prices. So if you find a lower price from an online car dealer/exporter on an identical, in-stock vehicle, tell us and we'll match it.

The following limitations apply:

• The vehicle must be identical (i.e., make, model, year, size, quantity, color, condition, mileage, and offer terms)
• The item must be in-stock at the online car dealer/exporter's website and on Route119.com at the time of the price match request
• We will price match one vehicle per customer per day
• We will not offer rain-checks for vehicles that are not currently in stock
• The vehicle must be sold and fulfilled by one of these online car dealers/exporters:
  japanesevehicles.com, sbtjapan.com, beforward.jp, japaneseusedcar.co.jp, icmjapan.net, carfromjapan.com

Sorry, we don't match:

• Items purchased from Route119.com that later decrease in price
• Prices from, or on behalf of, Marketplace and third-party sellers
• Discounts applied in checkout
• Offers advertised as percentage off or dollar off (e.g., "15% off" or "$50 off")
• Auctions prices or those requiring memberships
• Prices that cannot be determined independent of other vehicles (e.g., fees, shipping charges)
• Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
• Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
• Items that other online car dealers/exporters have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity or other special event offers
• Damaged or rebuilt title vehicles
• Price errors
• In-store prices
• Prices as a result of pickup discounts
• Vehicles related to End-of-Year Clearance Sales (or similar events)

Price Match Route119.com with Another Online Car Dealer/Exporter

• If you think you are eligible based on the above, contact Route 119 Customer Care before you place your order. We will verify the vehicle eligibility
• Route119.com has the final decision for matching an online price
